Our dining chair production involves precise laser cutting, intricate surface treatment with framing and upholstery stitching, and careful internal testing by our quality control specialists and a third party. That is the Astonisa difference, a deep appreciation for the highest quality.

Astonisa sources excellent fabrics, PU leather, metal, wood, and material for combinations that provide stunning pieces of art as well as a soft place to relax during a meal or get together.

We use stainless steel and iron tubes for our framing precisely welded for a firm and sturdy foundation that doesn’t loosen over time. Each frame is powder-coated to enhance the aesthetic finish and protect the metal from any rusting or degradation.

Our high-in-demand wooden frames are made from laminated veneer, which is glued into a solid piece then compressed into a custom mold in the shape and contour of our modern pieces. This ensures a solid design without losing the integrity of the wood fiber or the form our clients love. The increased pressure provides for decades of durability and toughness for any use.

Our seat padding is made from high-resilience foam that is soft, comfortable, and resistant to collapsing.

Polyester is an excellent fabric because its fibers have incredible strength and elastic recovery that makes it durable, wrinkle-resistant, and able to maintain our color choices without any fading. We use velvet, Holland velvet, and other materials derived from polyester that creates a soft and attractive finish to our dining chairs. Some fabrics like linen may breathe better, but they cannot hold up to our durability standards.

This faux leather features hydrolysis resistance and does not age as real leather does. It is an eco-friendly alternative that feels the same as genuine leather with higher abrasion resistance, tear strength, tensile strength, and flexing endurance. This makes it the perfect material for cutting, sewing, and uniformity, and has anti-bacterial and odor benefits.

PU Leather

Our PU leather blends are synthetic and mimic the same attributes of genuine leather without harming families. The durability and rich color depth allow us to use various pattern options that are more economical. Many of our art pieces are created based on the inherent abilities of PU leather.

We have a luxurious blend of cotton fabric upholstery from various yarns like polyester, linen, and vinyl for our dining chair pieces that need a little more breathability. Our combinations create excellent durability and wrinkle resistance without compromising the vibrant colors or incredible patterns and stitching that make our pieces unique.
